Cytron Research will accept the following methods of payment
Cheques in GBP ( U.K. Pound Sterling ) drawn on a UK based bank.
NOTE : Purchase Order's will only be accepted from the following U.K. based organizations and must be signed by a duly authorized person. Prior to sending a purchase order please contact us at Sales@cytronresearch.co.uk to set up the necessary credit account.
- Central and Local Government Departments and Ministries.
- National Health Trusts
- Academic Institutions
- Multi-nationals.
- Utility organizations ( e.g. Gas, Power and Water )

Software will only be dispatched on receipt of either payment or a purchase order from a recognized authority. All Software will be dispatched electronically. Purchasers will be provided with a PIN both by E-Mail and post which will allow the purchaser to download software from this site. The purchaser may continue to use the PIN supplied for the lifetime of the product to obtain latest version of a product incorporating enhancements and any bug fixes. We therefore ask that you do not pass on your PIN.
Cytron Research will endeavor to supply software within five working days of receipt of payment. All orders will be satisfied within twenty eight days of receipt of payment.
